FFL transfers

1. Buy online. At checkout, choose us as your FFL dealer, or give the seller the address below.
2. Let us know it's coming. Send us your name and the seller so we can match your order. We'll get the seller a copy of our license.
3. We'll call you when it arrives. Deliveries come in Monday through Saturday.
4. Pick it up. Bring a valid photo ID. You'll fill out a Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check at the counter.

No Form 4 is required for suppressors, SBRs, short-barreled shotguns and AOWs as of October 9, 2026. Machine guns and destructive devices still follow full NFA rules. Federal rules can change, so we'll confirm current requirements when you call.

UPS Access Point

Have your UPS packages delivered to our Charlestown store instead of your porch, then pick them up when it suits you. You can also drop off prepaid UPS packages and returns.

1. Choose the Access Point. At checkout, or in the UPS My Choice app, pick Holmes Ace Hardware in Charlestown as your UPS Access Point location.
2. Watch for the notice. UPS tells you when your package is ready for pickup.
3. Pick it up. Bring a photo ID during store hours. UPS holds packages for a limited time, so come by soon after you get the notice.

Store hours: Monday–Saturday 7 am–7 pm, Sunday 9 am–5 pm.
